We are a trusted resource in our industry with more than 100-years of combined experience in homebuilding and construction. We rely on this experience as we deliver homes and places to our customers that provide both quality and value. We hope that you will look at what we build and find it to be architecturally thoughtful, well-appointed, and most importantly, achievable.
I owe my interest in homebuilding and construction to my Dad who let me tag along when he was moonlighting as an electrician in the 1970’s. After college, and a few years on Wall Street, I headed back to school to earn my MBA with the thought of a future back in the Big Apple. My dreams of trading stocks and bonds never materialized and instead, I ended up in the community development business, first in California and then in Florida. In the late 1990’s I was fortunate enough to join John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods as a project manager in Atlanta. Working for John and working my way up in his company was akin to getting my doctorate in homebuilding. I started Havenn Homes out of a desire to build homes that our customers can both love and afford. The Team I have assembled at Havenn is well qualified and shares my desire to use the skills we have been gifted to build you a home or place that exudes quality in both design and construction.
