About Us

I owe my interest in homebuilding and construction to my Dad who let me tag along when he was moonlighting as an electrician in the 1970’s. After college, and a few years on Wall Street, I headed back to school to earn my MBA with the thought of a future back in the Big Apple. My dreams of trading stocks and bonds never materialized and instead, I ended up in the community development business, first in California and then in Florida. In the late 1990’s I was fortunate enough to join John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods as a project manager in Atlanta. Working for John and working my way up in his company was akin to getting my doctorate in homebuilding. I started Havenn Homes out of a desire to build homes that our customers can both love and afford. The Team I have assembled at Havenn is well qualified and shares my desire to use the skills we have been gifted to build you a home or place that exudes quality in both design and construction.
