Havenn Homes has a successful track record building homes on a fee basis for institutional clients in the growing build-to-rent (BTR) space. This is a large part of our business, and we think we’re pretty good at it. Why? We’re proficient in all aspects of production homebuilding. We design and build superior, affordable homes with thoughtful floor plans and design elements. Architecture is a skillset we practice in-house and we own and maintain a vast product catalog to help ensure our clients can meet the needs of their target customer.
We are best known for our ability to work with our clients to develop or modify a plan, so you get something special, something that sets you apart from your competition.
We find working with institutional clients as rewarding as working with our individual customers. The need for delivering affordable housing that is not multi-family housing has never been greater. Those who rent from our clients deserve the same excellent design and quality we always deliver.
